Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please email contact@clyr.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene or custom reasons, some products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
